At Didukan.com, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines how and when you can cancel your order.
1. Cancellation Window
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been processed or shipped. Usually, this is within 2 to 4 hours of placing the order.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner (TCS, Leopards, Postex etc.), it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the item.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please use one of the following methods immediately:
- WhatsApp/Phone: Call or message us at +923029237185 with your Order ID.
- Email: Send a cancellation request to didukan.com@gmail.com.
- Website: If you have an account, log in and check if the “Cancel Order” button is still available in your dashboard.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Cancellations
For COD orders, we often perform a verification call or SMS.
- You may cancel the order during the verification process without any penalty.
- Refusing Delivery: Repeatedly refusing COD orders at the doorstep without a valid reason may result in your address/account being blacklisted for future COD services on Didukan.com.
4. Paid Orders (Credit/Debit Card & EasyPaisa)
- If you cancel a prepaid order before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please note that banks may take 7–10 business days to reflect the refunded amount in your account.
5. Cancellation by Didukan.com
We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including:
- The item is Out of Stock.
- Errors in Pricing or product description.
- Suspicion of Fraudulent transactions.
- Incomplete or unverified shipping address/phone number.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you immediately via email or phone, and any payments made will be refunded in full.
